Welcome to Carbonara Love. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CarbonaraLove.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through the Site.

Throughout these Terms, "Carbonara Love," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Carbonara Love. By visiting our Site or purchasing something from us, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Our Online Store

Carbonara Love sells apparel and related merchandise celebrating Italian food, culinary tradition, and occasionally unnecessarily strong opinions about pasta.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Certain products are produced and fulfilled on our behalf by third-party fulfillment partners, including Printful.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make a purchase through the Site.

You may not use our products or Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose or violate any applicable laws while using the Site.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, designs, and other details as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, product size, printing process, and the characteristics of the garment.

Many Carbonara Love products are printed on demand specifically after an order is placed. Slight variations in print placement, color, or appearance may occur and are a normal part of the production process.

Product descriptions, specifications, availability, colors, sizes, and designs may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice.

Please review the product description and size information carefully before ordering.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order at our discretion. This may include orders affected by product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling an order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information when placing an order.

Once a print-on-demand product enters production, we may not be able to change or cancel the order.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when required.

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with your order.

Payments are processed through Shopify and its supported payment providers. Carbonara Love does not directly store your complete credit card information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and further described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Production times, carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.

6. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Because our merchandise is generally printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us according to our Return & Refund Policy. Eligible orders may receive a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Carbonara Love name, branding, logos, artwork, graphics, product designs, slogans, written content, photographs, and other original material appearing on the Site are owned by or licensed to Carbonara Love and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may browse the Site and purchase products for personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, manufacture, sell, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative products from our original designs or content without our prior written permission.

Buying a Carbonara Love product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, design, or intellectual property to you.

8. Satirical Content

Carbonara Love uses satire and parody inspired by the language of politics, advocacy, public policy, scientific institutions, research organizations, and cultural debate.

Our fictional organizations, campaigns, institutes, committees, leagues, and similar references are created for humor and brand storytelling unless expressly stated otherwise.

Carbonara Love is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any government agency, political party, political campaign, scientific institution, culinary authority, or—regrettably—the Italian government.

Our shirts should not be interpreted as actual scientific studies, political endorsements, or official determinations regarding the proper administration of guanciale.

The carbonara opinions, however, remain firm.

9. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers to operate portions of our business, including Shopify for e-commerce services and Printful for certain product manufacturing and fulfillment services.

We may also use third-party payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and other service providers.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of those providers. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or content that we do not control.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site:

for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
to violate the rights of Carbonara Love or another person or business;
to copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit our designs or content without authorization;
to transmit malicious code, viruses, or other harmful technology;
to interfere with the security or operation of the Site;
to submit false or misleading information; or
to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site for violations of these Terms.

11. Errors and Inaccuracies

Occasionally, information on the Site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, availability, or other information.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders when appropriate.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make reasonable efforts to provide an accurate, reliable, and secure online shopping experience, but we cannot guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

To the extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

Our store uses Shopify and other service providers to process information necessary to operate the Site, process transactions, fulfill orders, and provide related services.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, or legal requirements.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of CarbonaraLove.com or purchase of our products will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any rights or protections available to consumers under applicable law, including the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act, Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 93A.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes relating to these Terms or purchases from Carbonara Love will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
